About us
We were born in the Bassa Vercellese, in the heart of European rice cultivation.
We didn’t stop there.
The territory is the starting point, not the destination: we have transformed it into a technical challenge, building methods, processes and technologies to process rice as precisely as possible.
The result is a standard that never compromises. And a responsibility towards anyone who receives our product, regardless of its use.
Our history began in the 1960s, when brothers Vittorino and Eusebio Pastore took over and renovated a plant that had been active since the early decades of the 20th century. Not an inherited legacy: a structure won, reorganised, and brought to full operation through hard work and determination.
In the 1980s, leadership passed to Mario Pastore, who, with his wife Celestina and sons Davide and Fausto, launched the most significant growth phase. We updated processes and machinery with a clear goal: to take every stage of the process to a higher level, minimising unforeseen events.
In the 1990s, we began working on an industrial scale with major multinationals in the food world. Not as generic suppliers: as technical partners chosen by brands that, just like us, do not accept variables in the production process.
Today, we oversee every stage of the supply chain that takes rice from selection to delivery. All with a single principle: every stage meets a standard below which we are not willing to go, without exception.
