How we obtain it
We build traceability starting from the seed, the farmers, and the agreed quantities, using declarations and transfer documents as required by the Ente Risi system. Batches are managed consistently with the variety’s protocol, processed according to defined specifications, and linked to controls and documentation of the finished product.
