Characteristics
Husk, Bran, Broken Rice, and Green Rice are not a single product, but different fractions of the processing. They have identifiable origins and flows; for broken rice, percentage and separation are measurable and adjustable. For husk and bran, relevant characteristics are defined according to the application and specific request.
How we obtain it
Each derivative is separated at the stage it is generated and moved through dedicated lines. Broken rice is managed with plansifters, separating cylinders, and division and calibration systems based on the required percentage; husk and bran are collected as distinct flows. Batch, supply format, and technical parameters are agreed upon with the client based on the intended use.
